We've dumped the traditional PD model, and instead adopted a completely personalized and individualized PD plan where each teacher chooses their area of growth then spends PD time over the course of the year researching, integrating, and reflecting on that growth.  Come learn about this process, and how we're using Canvas LMS (but it can work with any LMS!) to facilitate it for 150+ teachers.
